The IBII Construction team invested, designed and constructed this Simple European-style house during the downturn of the Vancouver real estate market in 2013. The completion and exhibition of the house attracted numerous investors and visitors that lead to the sale of the house within 10 days of listing. Following the sale of the house, its value set new standards of housing quality in the area receiving widespread praise. The house was designed with minimalism, depth, and the golden ratio in mind. Combined with the colour palette, consisting of ivory white contrasted with dark woods, presents a clean minimalist look while still possessing an inviting atmosphere.
