The IBII team designed and contracted this New European-style house. The New European-style takes inspiration from the ancient Greek and Roman works while incorporating ideas of harmony with nature and modern design trends. Although the overall design is based on the classical ideas the style blends Greek scrollwork, carved accents and curved furniture with modern straight lines, sharp corners and contrasting colours. Interior spaces are designed with materials such as natural marble, dark woods, and bezel-less glass to draw attention to the interaction and change in materials. Additionally, the decorations feature fan shaped lights with fine scrollwork in bronze and silver finishes with contrasting house plants to further emphasize the style.
